Application Agreement
Please make sure to carefully read this agreement prior to applying to the facilitator position (hereafter, this award) of the "Your Post Talk" conducted by "Pratthana: A Portrait of Possession" (hereafter, award host). An application to the current project will be deemed as consent on the part of the applicant to the contents outlined in this agreement.
1. Application Method
This award utilizes the AWRD platform (hereafter, AWRD) system operated by Google Forms as well as Loftwork Inc., to recruit for participants online. An account registration (free) on AWRD is necessary in order to apply. The applicant must comply with the application method and submit the documents prescribed by the application requirements of this award.
2. Property Rights
Property rights of works produced by the applicant belong to the applicant. However, the applicant consents to the reproduction, processing, and public display of works produced for the purpose of advertisement by the award host, as well as Loftwork Inc. without permission from the applicant.
3. Records
The applicant consents to the award host as well as Loftwork Inc. to take pictures, video, audio, and other recordings during the project including the prior event, and the public display of these recordings for the purpose of advertisement of this award. The extent of public display includes internet mediums (websites, SNS, blogs, etc.), as well as external media (newspapers, television, magazines, web news, etc.) of the award host as well as Loftwork Inc.
4. On the Handling of Personal Information
The applicant consents to the sharing of personal information (the personal information entered on the application form of the relevant award as well as the application form of the prior event) with Loftwork Inc., who is the award host and the platform operating company.
5. Other Points of Attention
5-1 Prohibited Matters
Any actions which infringe upon Japanese domestic laws are prohibited. Actions which incur physical or emotional harm to a third party, defame a third party, or infringe upon the rights of a third party are prohibited. All manner of actions which transgress upon public policy are prohibited.
5-2. Disclaimer
・Applications which do not follow the specifications stipulated by the application requirements in the application method will be removed from consideration in the application reception /selection process.
