Competition Terms and Conditions
All entrants in the competition must read the following terms and conditions. By entering, entrants accept these terms.
・Please apply the Creative Commons License 2.1 Japan: Attribution NonCommercial NoDerivs to your work. Prize winners shall enter into an agreement with FabCafe regarding the rights of works to be sold at FabCafe and on FabCafe.com.
・The rights of the submitted works shall remain with the entrant (including rights for advertising and PR). Also, third party use of the submitted works shall be permitted within the scope of the Creative Commons License above. Furthermore, FabCafe and Loftwork.com shall be permitted to reproduce, recreate and publicly display the submitted design data for PR purposes without obtaining prior permission from the entrant.
・Prize winners shall enter into an independent agreement with FabCafe regarding the setting of royalties and retail prices for products sold at FabCafe and on FabCafe.com, as well as regarding the sale of the product at outlets other than FabCafe by the entrant.
Prohibitions
・Creator registrations or submissions that are deemed fraudulent are prohibited.
・Submissions must be created and completed independently. When using materials from a third party in the submission (photos, art, fonts, etc.), the entrant must seek permission to use these materials from the rights holder(s). In the event that the entrant uses materials that infringe on third-party copy rights, the submission will be excluded from the competition as soon as the infringement has been confirmed. Furthermore, the organizers and sponsors will not be held liable in the event that third parties claim rights infringements or damages against an entrant or the organizers.
・Any actions that violate Japanese or international law are prohibited. Actions that cause physical or mental harm to a third party, actions that cause defamation to a third party, and actions that infringe on any rights of a third party are also prohibited. Furthermore, any and all actions that disrupt public order are prohibited.
