Tsad (/CHad/) De Lira is a self-taught artist based in Davao City, Philippines. He has worked in-house as a Concept Artist for Video Ads and Games for several years. And lately he went back working as a freelance Illustrator specializing in fantastical fiction / fantasy and sci-fi art.
He also makes personal Animation projects in his free times.
