Zhenxing ZHANG was graduated from the School of Media and Animation of China Academy of Art in 2009 and reached the Master’s Degree of Design Art.
He created the short “Flee At Night” as one part of the Fine Culture Project Item of Zhejiang Province called “Hundred Opera Animation” in 2007. The short had been selected for the 4th China International Animation and Digital Arts Festival in Changzhou, and also rewarded for the First Prize of Animation Directing of 18th Television Peony Award of Zhejiang Province in 2008. In 2009, \"Flee At Night\" won the Golden Prize of the \"Zhuan Shui Hu\" Animation and Cartoon Competition.
The animation short “Butterfly” was his post-graduation work in 2009. The \"Butterfly\" was selected by Anim!Arte2009, Animex2010, Zlin Dog 2010, Sardinia Film Festival 2010, Iris 2010, Shnit 2010.
