キャラクター、ストーリーに特化したアニメーション、イラストレーション制作をしています。
神奈川県横浜市出身。アカデミー・オブ・アート (2006～2009年、サンフランシスコ)を卒業後、ロサンゼルスのアニメーション・スタジオでのアニメーター職を経てフリーランスに転身。ウォルト・ディズニー・イメージニアリングにてコンセプト・アート/イラストレーションのコンサルタント・アーティスト、他ベンチャー企業でのアートディレクターを経て、Gorillazをはじめ世界各国の有名ミュージシャン(下記)のコミックス制作など独特の切り口からキャラクター・アート業務を展開する。現在オリジナルストーリーのコミックス等を制作中。
過去にコミックス制作をしたミュージシャン： Gorillaz, Yungblud, Dance Gavin Dance, POPPY
2021年にはファッション業界世界の祭典パリ・コレクション2021にて、Balmainのコレクションコミックスブックに参加。
Anime EXPOやComic-Con Internationalなど数々のコンベンションにてワークショップを展開し、キャラクターやコミックスの描き方といった講演活動も行っている。

MinoMiyabi is an illustrator and an animator based on characters and storyboards. Born in Yokohama, Japan. After the education and career of science in Tokyo, he studied animation and art foundation in San Francisco, and got an offer from an animation production studios in Los Angeles. After becoming a freelancer extending his business to illustration, through the great experience at Walt Disney Imagineering as a concept artist/illustrator, and with many worldwide musicians starting with Gorillaz as a comic artist, MinoMiyabi works on his own project based on an original story.
Musicians he worked with: Gorillaz, Yungblud, Dance Gavin Dance, POPPY
He also participated in the well-known fashion house Balmain's collection book exhibited in Fashion Week 2021, Paris.
On the other hand MinoMiyabi teaches fundamentals of creating character/comics in many conventions such as Anime EXPO, Comic-Con International.

略歴
2005年、理系大学修士課程を卒業後、ソフトウェアエンジニアとして就職。一念発起し、兼ねて目指していたアニメーターへ転向。
サンフランシスコはアカデミー・オブ・アートでアニメーションを学び、ロサンゼルスのプロダクションにてアニメーター、ウォルト・ディズニー・イメージニアリングにてコンセプト・デザイナー、またGorillazをはじめとした有名ミュージシャンのコミックスを制作するなど独特な切り口でアート制作を展開する。
After learning and graduating theoretical physics at Science University in Tokyo, MinoMiyabi moved to San Francisco to learn character animation in Academy of Art University. Based in LA since 2009, he has worked for productions as an animator, for Walt Disney Imagineering as a concept designer, and many worldwide musician such as Gorillaz as a comic artist. Currently he engages in his original comics projects that will appear in public soon.
