ソーシャルディスタンスが叫ばれる社会で人々は引きこもっていく。画面やスピーカー越しに世界を見聞きしている時間が増えた。今、世界は部屋の中におさまっていく。人々はますます、いつでもつながっていて、いつでも寂しい。何かが足りない。それは生物らしいものだと思う。人間含む生き物はその本来の性質として、関わり合い触れ合うものだ。
生物らしさとは何だろう。柔らかいもの、クセのある動きをするものは生き物らしい。しかし柔らかいから柔らかいのではない。動いているから動いているのではない。流れているからだ。それは泥臭いものだ。血が出ている。息を吐いている。汗を流している。熱を帯びている。
ぼくらは引きこもる。怪我をしにくくなる。そんなに汗をかかなくなる。マスクをつける。お馴染みの部屋の中で身体も精神もクールになる。
いつでもつながり、いつも寂しい引きこもりのためのメディア装置。生き物に過ぎない人間は、生態系の循環の流れの一部であり続ける。流れて廻るための光と音の知覚。
音や光の「波動のメディア」からこぼれ落ちた何かを、生き物という「流れのメディア」に直観する。 -
制作物のコンセプトを記載してください。（英語）
People are staying home in a society that cries out for social distance. More time is spent watching and listening to the world through screens and speakers. Now, the world is going to be contained in a room. People are more and more frequently connected remotely but lonely at all times. Something is missing. That is the nature of living things. Living things, including human beings, by their very nature, relate to each other and touch each other.
What is the nature of living things? Anything that is soft or has a unique movement is a living thing. However, it is not soft because it is just soft. It moves not because it just moves. It is because it is flowing. That is something mucky. It's bloody. It's breathing out. It's sweating. It's warm.
We stay home. We are less likely to get hurt. We don't sweat so much. We wear masks. Our bodies and minds are cool in our familiar rooms.
A media device for people who are always connected to everyone else and always lonely. Humans, mere creatures, remain part of the flow of the ecological cycle. The perception of light and sound in order to continue flowing.
Something spilled from the "wave media" of sound and light is seen in the "flow media" of living things. -

袋部分の中には超音波噴霧器が入っている。噴霧器は一定の水位以上で霧を発生、熱も生成する。同時に水面から水滴が打ち上がる。これにより、温かさや流体特有の「何かが流れている」振動を、袋に触れた人間は感じられる。また、噴霧器は液の赤い色素は除き水のみを霧化するため、水分量によって液の色合いが変化する。
噴霧器により袋の水は減り、水温は上がり続ける。噴霧器の動作を続けるため、また温度を人肌に保ち続けるため、水分供給と熱の管理のためのシステムが構築されている。熱の管理は水の移動や蒸発、循環の仕組みにより、水分供給は袋が乗っている台の上部に人間が「水やり」することにより、動作している。二つのシステムは互いに関わりあっている。
袋部分は糸で引かれることで動く。糸はサーボモータにつながっている。引く動作から緩める動作への移行を素早くすることで、袋の自重や液体の変形を利用した柔らかい動きを実現している。動きに応じて袋内部の空気が外気と入れ替わる。霧はその「息」に湿り気と実体を与える。
袋の水温センサの値から赤い液体の温度（体温）や噴霧器の動作状況（液体が一定量以上あると動作し熱を生成）に関する情報を取得し、状況に応じた様々な制御をする。
An ultrasonic mist maker is in the bag part. The atomizer in red liquid generates mist and heat when the liquid level is above a certain level. At the same time, water droplets shoot up from the water surface. This allows a person who touches the bag to feel the warmth and "something spring up" vibrations characteristic of the fluid. In addition, because the atomizer makes just only water mist, the depth of red color of the liquid changes depending on the amount of water in the bag.
The atomizer reduces the water in the bag and the water temperature continues to rise. In order to stay the atomizer operating and to keep the temperature at human skin level, a system for water supply and heat management has been built. The heat management system uses a system of water movement, evaporation, and circulation to manage heat, while the water supply system works by having a person "watering" the top of the platform on where the bag is mounted. The two systems are interrelated.
The bag part is deformed by being pulled with a string. The thread is tied to a servo motor. The bag's own weight and the deformation of the liquid are used to achieve a soft motion. As it works, the air inside the bag is replaced with outside air. The fog gives its "breath" a moistness and substance.
Information on the temperature of the red liquid and the operating conditions of the sprayer (when the amount of liquid is above a certain level, it works and generates heat) is obtained from the water temperature sensor of the bag, and various controls are performed depending on the situation.
