大愛感恩科技研發『零廢再升級環保藝術複合材料』
大愛感恩不斷積極考量資源永續與經濟循環的運用模式,研發『零廢再升級環保藝術複合材料』,回收塑膠材質不含重金屬與塑化劑,材質安全,產品為廢棄塑膠瓶原色,環保無染。環保藝術複合材料產品功能創新、具高強度特性,輕巧、透光,亦可作為室內外展示使用。
應對海洋廢棄物塑膠垃圾的挑戰
環保藝術複合材料,原料使用回收寶特瓶及回收塑膠袋,循環再利用,當全世界都在煩惱如何減少廢棄寶特瓶及塑膠袋過多的問題時,大愛感恩科技大量使用,將垃圾化為黃金,取代日常生活中使用的塑膠製品,得以解決人類對於塑膠產品依賴所產生大量垃圾的問題。並期許能建立完整的「大愛感恩聚酯織品搖籃到搖籃工業封閉循環製程系統」,進而實現將一般環保觀念的「減廢」,更上一層樓做到「零廢」的願景。截至目前大愛感恩科技回收塑膠瓶、牛奶瓶、塑膠袋,約使用2,683,929支回收寶特瓶,減碳130,912,434g,相當於開車561,832km、種植24,185棵樹、省水5,446,047L、省油1,224,773L。 -

DA.AI Technology research and developed “Zero Waste Eco Art Composite Materials”
DA.AI Technology considers the resources sustainability and circular economy model, research and developed DA.AI Zero Waste Eco Art Composite Material using recycled plastic material, does not contain heavy metals and plasticizers, the material is safe and the product is the original color of the discarded plastic bottle. It is environmentally friendly and non-dyed. The Zero Waste Eco Art Composite Material has innovative functions and high-strength characteristics, it is lightweight and light-transmissive, and can also be used for indoor and outdoor displays.
Addressing the challenge of marine waste and plastic waste
Zero Waste Eco Art Composite Materials using recycled PET bottles and recycled plastic bags as raw materials. When the whole world is worried about how to reduce the problem of excessive waste of PET bottles and plastic bags, DAAI used a large quantity of the waste to turn garbage into gold, replacing plastic products used in daily life and solve the problem of large amounts of waste generated by human reliance on plastic products. In addition, DA.AI also hopes to establish a complete "DA.AI Cradle-to-Cradle Industrial Closed-Loop Recycling System for Polyester" to achieve the vision of "zero waste", which is a step up from "waste reduction" in the general concept of environmental protection. Up to now, approximately 2,683,929 recycled plastic bottles are used, reducing carbon by 130,912,434g, which is equivalent to driving 561,832km and planting 24,185 trees, saving water 5,446,047L, and saving fuel 1,224,773L. -

大愛感恩科技跨界開發使用海洋垃圾中包含廢棄塑膠袋(Re-PP)、廢棄寶特瓶(Re-PET)、Recycle to Recycle(R2R)與廢棄紡織品,大愛團隊透過:

研發出「零廢再升級環保藝術複合材料」並取得多項專利以及商標認證。透過專利配方,改善回收塑膠物性降解的困難,延長壽命/強度、兼具難燃特性;板材具透光性的材質特色,加上獨特光線漫射效果,搭配設計團隊能量,讓大愛環保塑木用升級創作為裝置藝術。環保複合材料裝置藝術的產品構成,除了使用水刀切割製作環保圖案造型外,也利用雷射切割的技術製作燈箱所需的零件。應用於室內,結合永續環境與環境教育的雙循環功能,是實踐「續物命、造福慧」理念的再生資源產品,可以讓更多社會大衆看見環保資源再生運用的創新成果,帶動激發更多人落實環保的實踐動力。 -

DA.AI Technology cross-field developed key formulas and patented design technologies for composite materials by using marine waste plastic bags (Re-PP), discarded PET bottles (Re-PET), Recycle to Recycle (R2R) blankets, and waste textiles. DA.AI team developed through:

and successfully developed the "Zero Waste Eco Art Composite Material" and obtained several patents and trademark certifications. Through the patented design structure, the difficulties of physical degradation of recycled plastics are improved. It has a long life, high strength, and flame retardant characteristics. The material features light-transmitting plus a unique light diffusion effect. With the innovation of the design team, making the eco composite material not only used on deck tiles, but also upgrade creations into art installations, and extend the design idea into eco-friendly daily necessities, such as trophy, lightbox, floor rack, chair, glaze art display cabinet and so on. Whether its raw materials or design, the whole idea is based on the concept of sustainability and circular economy. The product composition of the "Zero Waste Eco Art Composite Material" installation art not only uses waterjet cutting to make patterns but also uses laser cutting technology to make the parts required for the lightbox.
