愛知ファーム 森本と清水からのメッセージ
今から30年前、製紙工場からの汚水により港湾にヘドロが堆積、ヘドロから発生する硫化水素によって運搬船やマンホールの鉄蓋などがボロボロに錆びたり悪臭が問題になったりしていました。
こういった産業や食品加工業から廃棄されるバイオマスを、微生物の力でなんとかできないかと、森本は畜産の悪臭や堆肥化、生ごみの堆肥化、水質浄化等に取り組んで参りました。
清水は包装資材を製造する会社を創業して45年目を迎え、70歳を機に、近隣の農地を借り上げて、本物の有機農法に本気で取り組んでいます。
我々は持続可能な資源循環型社会の構築と、本物の有機農法の確立を目指しています。 -

Message from Mr. Morimoto and Mr. Shimizu, who are over 70 years of age, in Aichi Farm
Thirty years ago, sludge was deposited in the harbor due to sewage from a paper mill, and hydrogen sulfide generated from the sludge caused transport ships and the iron lids of manholes to rust and become a big problem.
Mr. Morimoto and his son have been working on deodorizing the foul odor, composting of livestock excrement, composting of kitchen waste, water purification, and etc., to see if we can somehow decompose the biomass discarded from these industries and food-processing industries with using the power of microorganisms.
Mr, Shimizu is celebrating the 45th year since he founded a company that manufactures packaging materials, and at the age of 70, he has rented neighboring farmland and is seriously working on genuine organic farming.
We aim to build a sustainable resource-cycle society and establish genuine organic farming. -
