澎湖縣在2014年正式成為世界最美麗海灣組織的一員, 外婆的澎湖灣所代表的是世界級的美景。
然而，在美麗的背後，澎湖海邊卻累積著非常大量的海漂垃圾, 嚴重影響澎湖縣的海岸環境。
我們是一家關切海洋環境的文創公司，希望透過這次的海漂環境教育計畫來協助解決海漂垃圾問題。
實地走訪澎湖在地的村落，認識了海漂創作的先驅 95歲的趙有德老先生。趙老先生多年來, 持續不斷和南寮村民們倡導海洋環境保護運動。

In 2014, Penghu County was officially awarded as a member of Most Beautiful Bays in the World, MBBW,
and Penghu represents the world-class scenery to tourist in the world.
However, behind this beautiful scenery and achievement, Penghu Bay was accumulated with massive trashes, and Marine pollution became a serious issue for recent years.
We are one Creative Culture Company and we intend to solve problem of Marine debris by promoting Marine educational project.
We actually visited the local villages and knew the 95-year-old elderly - Mr. CHAO-Yo-Der who is a pioneer in continuously created ocean trashes into arts and supported the Marine Conservation with local residents.

我們希望可以透過這次的海漂環境教育行動，協助在地創作耆老和村民們，將來自澎湖龍門村後灣海邊的海漂，藉由洪瑞達村長帶領村民們共同努力淨灘，
加上由藝術創作者呂華蕙女士所創作的［幸福魚躍龍門］海漂彩繪，藉此希望提升大家對於海洋環境教育的關注度。
除此之外，我們也前往位於西嶼鄉的合橫國小，這個學校是全台灣海洋教育最成功的例子。
合橫國小由葉萬全校長帶領全校師生定期動員淨灘，並將海漂再利用、創作，佈置美麗的校園。
拯救外婆的澎湖灣 海漂環境教育計畫，將會以廢棄漁網上的海漂做為主要材料，適合作為各級學校教具、團體創作，讓海洋環境保護的議題擴散到全世界每個角落 。
我們希望能透過各類社團及各級學校跨界合作，讓每個人都能了解並熱愛海洋。《搶救外婆的澎湖灣》海漂環境教育計畫希望全力守護澎湖縣寶貴的海洋生態，期望能帶起民眾保護海洋環境的意識與行動力，並集結每個人的力量，一起守護海洋，愛護我們美麗的地球！

We wish to help local residents and elderly people in the village from Penghu by promoting this Marine educational plan.
Village Chief, Mr Hong Zei-Da who leaded the village people cleaning-up the beach altogether continuously for Back Bay.
Additionally, [Lucky Fish flying the Longman Gate] Ocean Trashes Paintings created by Flora Lu, we want raise the attention and awareness to publics for Ocean 's environment education.
Besides that, we also visited the Si-一Village's Ho-Han Elementary School. This school is the most successful case study of Marine Education.
Ho-Han Elementary School is led by her Principal Yeh-Wan-Chan, he led the school's teachers and students cleaning the beaches regularly, then their team decorated school by turning collected trashes into beautiful art piece .
Rescure Grandma's Village Ocean Trashes Environment Education Project will use the wasted fishes nets' ocean trashes as main materials, they are good for the schools as their caliculam, group projects and can spread this issue to the worldwide.
We wish to connect the different groups and fields in education, and let people realize the problem and love the Ocean. Rescure Grandma's Penghu Bay Ocean Environment Education Project want to save the valuable ocean and connect everyone's power and movement environment. We intend to help people realize the importance and protect our beautiful ocean and love our planet where we have only one Earth.
