Brief concept description of the submitted project/idea
Crop Protector is a seedling's stake to prevent being damaged by Pomacea Canaliculata and wind damaged. The shell is made from straw fiber, which can stabilize the root and prevent dumping in a strong wind, the top is made by rice husk and tea seed meal which can drive away from the Pomacea Canaliculata. These three materials from agricultural waste are rich in nutrients, can decompose in the soil, and become nutrients to help crops grow to achieve friendly planting.

Detailed description of the submitted project/idea
Existing Problems
Rice is an important crop in many areas, but it will be damaged by Pomacea Canaliculata and strong wind, causing 100 billion dollars of agricultural damage every year. Farmers used a lot of pesticides to kill Pomacea Canaliculata , which caused another ecological catastrophe, which affected the environment near the farmland and also affected the quality of rice.
Design Information
Crop Protector is a seedling's stake to prevent seedlings from being damaged by Pomacea Canaliculata, dumped, and provides nutrients. The shell is made from straw fiber, which can stabilize the root of the seedlings and prevent itplate ofumping in strong wind, the top is made by adding rice bran and tea seed meal, which can reduce the damage of Pomacea Canaliculata and promote the initial growth of seedlings. The straw fiber, rice bran, and tea seed meal which from agricultural waste are rich in nutrients can be decomposed in the soil and become an organic fertilisr to help the seedlings grow, and then achieve friendly recycling planting. Crop Protector can be used to transplant rice seedlings, or it can be linked into a form for mechanical transplanting, providing different planting needs in a different area.
Seedling Cultivation Process
Step1: Fill the soil into Crop Protector to 80%.
Step2: Put the rice seeds in Crop Protector.
Step3: Start to disinfect.
Step4: Fill the soil into Crop Protector again.
Step5: Wait for growing into a seedling.
Mechanized Transplanting Process
Step1: Use Crop Protector linked into a disk form for seedlings.
Step2: Place the entire plate of Crop Protector above the rear plate of the rice transplanter.
Step3: When the rice transplanter operation, it will hook a single Crop Protector.
Step4: The hooked Crop Protector will be separated from the entire Crop Protector.
Step5: The rice transplanter will insert the hooked Crop Protector into the soil.
Step6: Crop Protector can protect the crops when the crop are growing.
Step7: Crop Protector will decompose and turn into nutrients to help crops grow.
Material Information
1. Tea Seed Meal & Rice Bran
The tea seed meal not only can be used to prevent the intrusion by Molluscs which have the mucus but also can decompose and produce rich in nutrients to help crops grow.
2. Straw Fiber
Straw fiber can provide soil organically, and the nutritional elements will release after decomposition. It can supplement soil nutrients and have the function of adjusting soil temperature, which can improve the growth environment of crop roots and enhance crop growth.
Material Recycle
Step1: Acquiring agricultural waste from farmers, and crushing the straw fiber, rice bran, and tea seed meal into Crop Protector.
Step2: Crop Protector can prevent crops been damaged by Pomacea Canaliculata and strong wind during the growth of the seedling.
Step3: After the harvest, collect the agricultural waste and re-make the Crop Protector.
Step4: Crop Protector decomposes naturally into the soil and becomes the nutrients to help crops grow.
Packaging Design
The packaging material uses pulp, in addition to its basic anti collision effect, it can be used directly as a tray for seedlings, and it can also be completely decomposed in the soil. This package can not only protect Crop Protector but also reduces environmental pollution. -
