UE Power™ is a coating that is applied directly to glass used in standard, high-quality windows. It has the same thermal energy efficiency performance and generates renewable energy since UE Power captures nonvisible (UV and IR) sunlight and converts that energy into useful electricity. It simultaneously lets the visible light energy (what we know as color) pass through the window thus allowing the natural light through without impacting visual aesthetics and transparency of traditional windows.

UE Power transparent solar windows are designed and manufactured for intended use by the global population at large. They are meant for everyone, and a way that people can enjoy and incorporate sustainable, renewable energy generation right into their home or building since they are used as traditional windows.
UE Power transparent solar windows have the capability to offset global CO2 emissions by as much as 10%.
While UE Power transparent solar windows are made using known glass and window manufacturers they are relatively inexpensive which will be required for mass, global adoption but also affords the company and our partners to enjoy value added profitability.

Ubiquitous Energy is headquartered in California, US but has already established domestic and international partnerships, including with ENEOS in Japan and has conducted several demonstration installations within and around the Tokyo metropolitan area.

We have currently installed prototype transparent solar windows at a dozen different locations throughout the US and Japan and expect to add a few additional locations within the US, Latin America and Europe over the next couple of years. We expect to have first residential and commercial window products available in 2026.
