Paume Lamp

The idea for this product came during a trip to Japan, inspired by the sun rising over a distant horizon. The distinct presence of the lamp lends character to the environment while maintaining harmony with the surroundings. Through crafted design and quality materials, it invites good habits and long term use. Using the same diffuser unit with two slightly different bodies creates two distinct but related expressions. The light on the top gives ambience while the light on the front gives a more directional light. Both models come in table and floor versions.

PAUME \pom\ is French for the palm of the hand. It’s through the palm that we get to know our objects, forming habits and lasting relationships. This is what we seek to communicate with this product.
