Taiwan is fafmous for its snacks, so many Taiwanese used to eat delicious food as start a trip. So I plan to introduce Ishigaki from EAT. 台灣是一個以美食小吃聞名世界的島嶼，也因為自己擁有了許多特色小吃，讓台灣人習慣以吃為一趟旅行的主軸，吃遍全世界便成為許多人的目標，所以針對石垣島的旅行，我想以吃為出發點是最適合台灣旅客的。
Taiwanese likes to travel Japan very much, and as Taiwanese likes Japanese Food very much, include Sushi & Ramen. When I went to Okinawa last year, my favorite food is Okinawa soba. Although Okinawa soba is look like home cooking very much, and you can eat each restaurants. But the taste of Okinawa soba is not sample，is so delicious and so much change.
日本是一個台灣人很習慣旅行的國家，日本全國各地到處都看的到許多台灣人的身影，石垣島雖然是距離台灣最近的區域，但因為交通較不方便之因素，所以就產生了石垣島明明就很近卻近年才漸漸為眾人所知，一樣是以海島旅遊為主的沖繩，卻早已深受大家的喜愛。
去年我也才終於踏上沖繩這個熱情的海洋島嶼，除了漂亮壯闊的風景之外，最讓我印象深刻的卻是 沖繩麵， 沖繩麵這個在沖繩每家食堂都吃的到的簡單料理，雖然簡單卻可以吃出百般風味，讓台灣人到沖繩總喜歡朝聖各大沖繩麵名店。
But when is looking for the blog of Taiwanese to Ishigaki, they are not focus on Yaeyama soba very much. I feel so unfortunately. I think maybe many Taiwanese went to Ishigaki by Star Cruises, so they don’t have so much time to choose and find what to eat. And although that are many information on web, but Japanese almost. So I think if it has a food map of Yaeyama soba draw by Taiwanese , and it will help Taiwanese to travel Ishigaki. Because it will help they find where is delicious Yaeyama soba faster. You can go everywhere in Ishigaki, and when you on this Yaeyama soba map, you can easier find which is close you most. Go inside eat a bowl of Yaeyama soba, and go to next station happily.
一樣是琉球群島的八重山群島，雖然也擁有與沖繩麵相似的八重山麵，但對於台灣旅客其名氣卻遠不及沖繩麵，在日本的旅遊網站，其實就有許多各家八重山麵的評價高低，但前往石垣島區域完的台灣旅客，卻鮮少著重八重山麵的行程，我想並不是台灣人不愛八重山麵，而是大家還不知道應該去吃吃八重山麵這樣的平民美食，所以第一目標就是以吃遍石垣島的八重山麵名店，然後推出跟著八重山麵旅行地圖，因為台灣前往石垣島遊玩的旅客大致上可以分為兩類，一是搭乘郵輪前往的短暫旅行者，另一是乘坐飛機前往的深度自由行，所以這個排行也可以方便短暫旅行者在可運用時間不多的壓力下，快速選擇出印象深刻的好口味，進而期待以後有機會再來石垣島深度自由行，而針對深度自由行的旅客，更可以用台灣人最愛的邊玩邊吃方式，一方面慢慢的踏遍石垣島的每個美麗的角落，另一方面跟著一家家名店前進下一個角落。
Another match trip with Yaeyama soba , I think is ocean. The ocean of Ishigaki is the most beautiful which the closest to Taiwan. You can take the boat have glass hull bottom, to watch many beautiful coral reef. Or you can just jump into the ocean , to see they by your own eye. And when you come back to the ground, all you need is a Yaeyama soba. Because instant noodles is the favorite food in Taiwan after swimming, it can warm your body quickly. So I think Yaeyama soba will be a good choice in Ishigaki.
而在跟隨著八重山麵前進的旅程中，最相配的行程第一個應該就是優游在石垣島無底的海景裡了，石垣島的海景因為保護得當，所以造就了世界級的潛水勝地，如果來到石垣島沒有真正讓眼光看透海洋，那就太可惜了一點，就算只是搭著玻璃船滑過優美海洋，或是輕鬆簡單穿戴著浮潛裝備漂浮在海面上，甚至真正的深入珊瑚魚群中的深潛，這離台灣最近，卻擁有不輸南半球澳洲大堡礁海景的日本石垣島，更是精打細算的台灣旅客不能錯過的最美行程，而且在享受完大海的擁抱後，再來一碗溫暖的八重山麵，馬上就可以快速溫暖下水後寒冷的身體，因為台灣人最愛在游泳之後來碗溫暖的泡麵了。
At the last night , I would like stay in Hateruma. Although Taiwan is more south than Hateruma. So if you want to watch crux in Taiwan, I think is very easy. But if you wantto watch so many star in the skyand so clean, it will be difficult. Because it will be too much light in Taiwan. Only if you go into deep mountains, but that will be another hard way. So what you see such many natures of beautiful scenery. Come to Hateruma, to feel the most quiet in dark. Take a rest. And eat the last Yaeyama soba, because Taiwnaese says noodles always is the good friends at midnight.
說到泡麵的話，我覺得要是能在波照間島的南十字星下來碗最後的麵，為這趟旅程劃下句點應該是最棒的，因為大部分的旅行者總是希望走向最多的景點，抓到最多的回憶，像波照間這樣平淡的小島，除了是日本的國境之南外，可能大部分的人都不知道她最美的時間應該是在一片無的黑暗中被滿天星光包圍的感動，也許會有人說台灣比波照間更南端，看到南十字星並不特別，南台灣的墾丁也能看到滿天星空阿，但其實台灣就算南台灣的墾丁都發展得很城市化，並不能像波照間島這樣在入夜後陷入一片真正的黑暗與遼闊無邊，就算你爬上台灣非常深的高山，或是逃向非長遠小島中的小島，都不一定能得到如此的寧靜，所以在眼睛看了很多美景之後，在旅程的最後一晚，留給最潔淨的星空一個擁抱，回到旅館再來一碗暖身的八重山麵，一定可以溫暖的得到最後休息。
Finally, back to throughout the trip’s Yaeyama soba. May I have a question. Why Okinawa soba and Yaeyama soba are also used pork. Is it have Yaeyama soba used Ishigaki Beef? Because beef noodles is one of Taiwan Famous food. Maybe Yaeyama soba with Ishigaki Beef will be another perfect partner. Don’t you think so? Is it already have Yaeyama soba with Ishigaki Beef, it is just I don’t find it.
最後再回到貫穿整個旅行的 麵，我知道不管是八重山麵或是沖繩麵搭配的都是豬肉，當然搭配起來也是美味無比，但為什麼石垣島有名的是石垣牛，卻沒有石垣牛口味的八重山麵呢? 也許是石垣牛太貴昂貴不適合變成八重山麵的搭配，但台灣的牛肉麵都可以多樣化與有名到舉辦比賽選出牛肉麵冠軍了，為什麼八重山麵不能搭配石垣牛成為更上一等的石垣牛麵呢? 還是只是因為我沒還沒去石垣島，所以沒吃過而已。哈哈
Another thing Penghu is a group of island in west of Taiwan, is look like Ishigaki very much. Taiwanese always say Penghu is Granny's Penghu Bay.SO I hope Ishigaki will become the east Granny's Bay someday.
另外台灣的西邊有澎湖，而石垣島就在東邊差不多的距離之外，最後我祝福石垣島未來會成為台灣人也喜歡的東邊外婆灣了。

At the last night , I would like stay in Hateruma. Although Taiwan is more south than Hateruma. So if you want to watch crux in Taiwan, I think is very easy. Finally, back to throughout the trip’s Yaeyama soba. May I have a question. Why Okinawa soba and Yaeyama soba are also used pork. Is it have Yaeyama soba used Ishigaki Beef?
