Company Surfers

Company surfers is a platform where asylum seekers can find job opportunities in the first 12 months of their stay in Germany, while they are not allowed to have a paid job. 3 months internships can be done without payment and give them the opportunity to learn new skills or to stay active in their preferred working field. By creating profiles asylum seekers get visibility, the platform can also build trust to companies that are part of the network. The network will also provide online and offline seminars. Through e-learning and contact with local and nationwide firms, asylum seekers can build up their professional and private network.
