Team Kayah

In Thailand, trash from around southeast Asia finds its way to our beaches year round.Trash collecting activities are happening however there is not very much infrastructure for collecting, sorting and getting rid of trash that gathers on the beach. The Kayah Station is a place for volunteers to gather trash and receive a small monetary reimbursement. Our station is different from typical trash gathering organizations because we have implemented a warehouse for properly sorting the trash for recycling purposes.
