我々が暮らす地球上の作物の2/3がミツバチ（ポリネーター）の生態に依存していると言われている。
しかし、日本の都市空間において、ミツバチが生きることのできる場所はなくなりつつある。
そこで私たちは、屋上という今日利用されることの少ない空間に着目し、都市空間でミツバチと共存する空間の製作を試みた。
本プロジェクトにあたっては、養蜂現場を入念にリサーチした後、既存の養蜂方法とデジタルファブリケーション技術を組み合わせた養蜂空間のあり方を提案、ハチと人との新たな共存方法の確立を目指している。
未来の都市空間における人とハチの生態系をつなぐ、一年にわたるテストがここから始まる。
Two-thirds of the crop on this planet is said to be dependent on the bee ecology.
However, bees are having increasing difficulty finding a place to survive within the urban space of Japan.
Our aim is to create a space that enables bees to coexist with the humans by utilizing the urban space that is often left unused, such as rooftop of a building.
In this project , after carefully researching the beekeeping site, we have proposed a new way of maintaining a beekeeping space that combines the existing beekeeping methods and digital fabrication technology.
By doing so, we aim to establish a new method of coexistance between bees and humans .
