The color blind ice cream is the ice cream, designed to play with human perception, connecting between visible color and taste by putting guests into a situation as if they were color blind and taste the ice cream that their color don't match their flavors.

For example the green colored ice cream in general perception is green tea flavor but it's actually a strawberry ice cream.

Although its taste is still exactly as same as the common strawberry ice cream, how weird people would feel when they taste this new green strawberry ice cream, instead of the pink one they know.
