Prescriptions M+ integrates patients, hospitals and pharmacists and dispenses prescriptions to various locations efficiently through delivery professionals.
Delivery helps patients and pharmacists with remote video when delivering drugs, ensuring that patients and online pharmacists correctly check and explain medicines to provide better Long-Term Care services during epidemic times.

The refrigerated delivery box ensures transparency and safety of pharmaceuticals and reduces the risk of deterioration and damage caused by temperature changes or bumpy rides to pharmaceuticals. Through the detection and adjustment of temperature, humidity and vibration sensors, the pharmaceuticals are kept safe during the delivery. Upon the handover of pharmaceuticals, identity verification is conducted with the delivery box via IC card and remote video is activated to confirm medical advice with pharmacists to comply with the double-verification regulations and avoid any oversight in medication delivery.

The inconveniences of medications collection of patients with chronic diseases
Approximately six million people in Taiwan need medications for chronic diseases, most of whom are over 65 years old. Overall, more than 80% of the elderly suffer from at least one chronic disease and need to go to medical institutions continuously to collect prescription medications for chronic diseases over a long period of time in their lives. It is inconvenient for patients and their families in remote and inaccessible areas, so the patients are likely to take over-the-counter medicines, which can lead to more medical problems in the long run.
The establishment of a medication demand database, for regional medical sites and patients, the establishment and strengthening of the future trend of medical and pharmaceutical logistics, can be more real-time access to patient information and health and safety, the promotion of this service in addition to helping patients receive medications at home, but also during the COVID-19 outbreak to reduce the population of medical facilities.
