In summary, it is a division and decentralization of production. The product is made in two production stages. The first step is in the matrix industry, which makes the product in its concentrated or semi-finished form. This product is sent to the MCFFP (second production stage) that will complete the product. This creates eco-efficient processes.
The production process has industrial applicability in several industrial segments (cleaning products, personal hygiene, cosmetics, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals and others). The presentation is for cleaning products, but the invention is on the market for the production of the covid-19 vaccine in several countries on the planet.
For cleaning products, we give the customer the option to customize the product and we work with returnable packaging. We were able to offer this because the MCFFPs have an interface for production and direct sales with the final consumer. MCFFP's management philosophy is focused on some items (quality, waste, overproduction, transportation, logistics, inventory, personalization, reuse and others).
Production in the MCFFP is carried out as follows. The product arrives from the parent industry and is diluted, customized, homogenized, bottled and labeled. Production takes place at the time of the customer's order.
The cleaning products market has its competitiveness based on brand, price, aroma, biodegradability, color and packaging. We have a competitive edge in all requirements.
The project is part of a business strategy aimed at creating franchises. The insertion of the new production process will improve the proponent company's competitiveness in relation to large industries. We are the evolution of existing production processes.
The digital technologies used will be AI, IoT, Blockchain, cloud, big data, digital twins and cybersecurity. With this, we make a new technique of industrial digitization. -

With the division and decentralization of production, or, with production done in two stages, we managed to implement industries that use local resources, develop, and bring employment and income to these regions. That is why the process of industrialization and re-industrialization of countries that have lost productive capacity takes place and contains the supra-secular decline (study carried out by Harvard, Ohio, British bank, and others, regarding the (real) world interest rate of the last 700 years). Currently, industries are not able to offer this because the production model is done centrally.
With the disruptive invention, we were able to face, in addition to environmental challenges, the challenges of world development, we shared the burden on the health issue between the parent industry and the MCFFPs, and currently the invention is saving lives. We believe that without the invention, the chaos numbers of covid-19 would be at least 10 times greater. -

Local involvement will take many forms because we are bringing the industry to the local community. The intensity of involvement will depend on the type of industry and the type of products. In the case of cleaning products, the community is involved in the form of work with returnable packaging, as we depend on the community for this.
In the case of the covid-19 vaccine, the involvement was on the part of employment, income, and development because there would be no production of the vaccine in several countries, because to manipulate the virus a level 4 or 5 laboratory is needed. As a result, production dynamism occurred, which resulted in greater production of the vaccine resulting in saving lives. -

We work with returnable packaging and with that we eliminate the waste of plastic materials, we also force the plastic production industry to produce less. As the product is made in a semi-finished or concentrated form in the parent industries, we were able to reduce the volume transported between the parent industry and the MCFFP, reducing pollution with polluting gases.
As we do not generate waste and reduce pollution, we are able to help nature to regenerate.

It is an invention in the production process with the creation of MCFFP which is an incorporation into the production process with elements of productive modernization. With the invention it was possible to innovate in the production process, in the organization, in the marketing, in the product, thus making a disruptive innovation. With this, it was possible to create a new lean manufacturing technique that creates eco-efficient processes that correct harmful technological routes used in the past. It was possible to meet the concepts of circular economy, industry 4.0, smart cities, the UN goals (9,11,12,13,14,17), industrialize and reindustrialize countries that have lost productive capacity (industries), offer a different dynamic in industrialized countries, contains supra-secular decline, breaks the state of the art, changes the status quo, is a masterpiece of contemporary industry, creates a new future, and a new industrial ERA.
