一、構想如何產生的
台灣為了防堵非洲豬瘟，政府下令禁止回收廚餘養豬，使得廚餘回收大量減少，另外還有生廚餘、果皮、菜屑都當垃圾被送進焚化爐。2021年台灣面臨10年來最嚴重的缺蛋問題，今年蛋價仍居高不下。受到COVID-19疫情影響，建築業衰退，導致搭鷹架的朋友要變賣鷹架，問我鷹架還可以做其他用途嗎?因此，我將種菜、養雞、蚯蚓和種菜盆互相結合，設計成為一座立體的循環農場。
二、立體循環農場的設計原理及應用
1、支撐骨架―將鷹架做為兩邊支架，再用1英吋錏管以塑膠盆的長度連接，以操作方便的空間為主，焊接固定，橫桿用螺絲固定，穩固又方便組裝搬運。
2、蚯蚓消化―利用蚯蚓的雜食性，透過臑腸可快速消化廚餘的腐敗物，蚯蚓排出的糞便，是無臭、肥效高的優質肥料，含有活化酵素，能改善貧瘠土壤，長大的蚯蚓是很好的動物蛋白質，可以用來餵雞。
3、養雞消化―利用雞的雜食性，本農場養了六隻雞，可以吃掉新鮮的果皮、菜葉、五穀等廚餘，雞會生蛋提供給人吃，雞排出的糞便直接掉到蚯蚓盆，蚯蚓約兩天就能消化分解，因此沒有蒼蠅也沒有臭味。蛋殼可以敲成小碎塊，混合飼料給雞吃，增加鈣元素，提高產蛋率。
4、種菜―利用蚯蚓消化廚餘後產生的蚓糞再和有機肥、生物炭調配後拿到上層種菜，種菜可以選擇種短期作物、辛香作物、多次採收作物為主，另外可以收集洗米水、洗菜水來澆灌蔬菜。
5、效益―每日可消化處理掉廚餘、果皮、菜屑、雜草約10公斤，一年就可處理掉約3至4公噸，6隻雞以每日產3個蛋計算，年產約1000個蛋，種菜收穫比較不容易統計，如果以一週兩公斤計算，估計一年也有100公斤。
三、產生的影響力
目前經過實際的操作已經有很好的效果如下：
1、從源頭就可處理掉廚餘、果皮、菜屑，減少丟棄垃圾量
2、可提供雞蛋、蔬菜不受缺貨漲價的影響
3、可做為生命教育、環保教育、也能增加家庭的生活樂趣
4、可做為循環農業、學校食農教育的教材
5、可以多套組合成為社區循環農場
A、How the idea came about

In 2021, Taiwan is facing the most serious egg shortage problem in 10 years, and egg prices remain high this year.As a result of the COVID-19 epidemic, the construction industry is in decline, and friends who build scaffolds are selling them, asking me if they can be used for other purposes. Therefore, I combined vegetable farming, chicken farming, earthworm farming, and vegetable planting pots to design a three-dimensional cycling farm.
B、the design principle and application of three-dimensional cycling farm
1、Supporting skeleton：The eagle frame is used as a support on both sides, and then connected with a 1-inch Aprisa pipe with the length of a plastic pot, which is welded and fixed in a convenient space for operation.
2、Earthworm digestion： Earthworms are omnivorous and can quickly digest food waste through their bibulous intestines.
3、Chickens can eat fresh fruit peels, vegetable leaves, grains and other food waste, and they can lay eggs for human consumption. The eggshells can be cracked into small pieces and mixed with feed for chickens to increase calcium and improve egg production rate.
4、Vegetables： The earthworm manure produced after digesting food waste can be mixed with organic fertilizer and biochar and then taken to the upper layer for vegetable gardening.
5、Benefit：Daily digestion and disposal of food waste, fruit peel, vegetable scraps, weeds about 10 kg, a year can be disposed of about 3 to 4 tons, 6 chickens to produce 3 eggs per day, the annual output of about 1,000 eggs, planting vegetables harvest is not easy to count, if calculated by two kilograms a week, it is estimated that there are 100 kg a year.
C、Impact
At present, after the actual operation, there have been very good results as follows.
1. Food waste, fruit peels and vegetable scraps can be disposed of from the source, reducing the amount of garbage thrown away.
2、Provide eggs and vegetables without the influence of price increase
3、It can be used as life education, environmental education, and can also increase the fun of family life
4、It can be used as teaching materials for circular agriculture and school food and agriculture education
5、Multiple sets can be combined to become a community recycling farm

立體循環農場的功能是將生活中產生的廚餘、果皮、菜屑等從源頭就處理掉，過程中可以生產雞蛋、蔬菜，使用的原料為廚餘、果皮、菜屑等是免費的又源源不絕，農場的設備是回收鷹架、棧板、鋼鐵、塑膠容器，經過改造及部分新料組合設計的，特別是現有鷹架約有5000個可以製作2500個立體循環農場。

立體循環農場製造成本很低，可適用家庭、社區、工廠、學校，操作簡單，維護容易，不用電又有經濟效益，可以多套組合。年長者和小孩子都喜歡撿拾雞蛋，養雞可以增加家庭生活樂趣，是很好的生命教育、環保教育，也可做為是學校的食農教材

循環經濟必須透過教育訓練來引導，使之成為一種生活實踐，生活中導入「取之大地，用之大地，還之大地」的概念，讓人們在參與養雞、蚯蚓和種菜的過程中，亦可落實垃圾分類，廚餘、果皮、菜屑等充分循環再利用，同時也可避免環境的污染，實踐循環經濟。
