Masks Stuffing – Recycled Materials Filling by Studio RDD

While living along with the Covid 19 virus for quite some time, used masks are not hard to find tossed everywhere increasing the pollution. Following the studio's self-developed method called "The Math of Design - Thinking Inside the Box", Ilana Seleznev came up with an idea to find an appropriate use for those masks and help keep our planet clean.
Those disposable masks can be recycled by rinsing them with warm water and soap. After this short yet proven cleansing process, those "useless" masks become raw material for stuffing. There are basically endless possibilities for doing so. You can start with a therapy squeeze ball, pillows, a pet stuffed mattress, coats, and many more. All that needs to be done is to save the used masks and decide what to do with them.
