1. Application
1.1 Eligibility
We are looking for VR content that has been created with the song “Ice cream” by 8gatu2yuki, “Recursive Dolls: Recursive Creator and Creation's Circle Dance” by memex, “Secret Protocol” by memex, or other songs which have a valid copyright.
The VR content must be created or published with STYLY, a creative platform that enables the creation of innovative expressions and experiences using VR spaces.
The characters and lyrics do not need to be included. Submissions which include works according to the songs will also be accepted.
In addition, works that use the above songs are required to display the credits below in the description of the scene, regardless of said songs being the short or full version. Please note that works which do not include the above credits are not eligible for selection.

In addition, artworks in which other tools besides STYLY were used in the production process will also be accepted.We also accept artwork that has previously been published.

The application period is between 00:00 (Japan time) Tuesday, May 21 2019 and 24:00 (Japan time) Sunday, June 30

Anyone can submit pieces of artwork. We also accept group submissions.

1.5 Submission requirements
Applicants must submit the following.
① Artwork URL (the URL that is displayed after clicking on “Publish” on STYLY) (required)
② More than one artwork image capture (required)
※Image format : JPEG, GIF, PNG ※Each image should be approximately 10MB
③Description of the submitted artwork
1. Title (in English required)
2. Artwork concept and philosophy up to 400 words
④Creator profile
1. Creator name (in English and within 30 characters required)
2. Country of residence (in English required)
3. Representative name (in English. Required for group submissions)

5. Applicant Twitter account (optional)
6. Applicant profile and short biography (in English optional) up to 400 words
1.6 Application method
Applications must be submitted online using AWRD.com (https://awrd.com), operated by Loftwork Corporation. Registration is required for submissions (free).
Please prepare the materials indicated in 1.5 and submit them.
2. Copyright
The copyright of the submitted artwork will be owned by the applicant. However, applicants shall agree to Psychic VR Lab Corporation duplicating, adding, modifying, and publishing the submitted artwork for advertising purposes.
3. Schedule

Final screening results announcement (Gold/Silver) Scheduled for the end of August 2019

4. Screening
4.1 SELECTION CRITERIA
Theme: Mesmerize the World with ParticleLive
A new form of expression unique to a VR space that matches the intention and songs embodied in the works.A new ParticleLive never seen before, free from any established concepts.
4.2 Screening Method
The awardee will be decided by the judges based on the screening of the submitted content and documents.
5. Exhibition
The winning artwork and top artworks will be honored in an event in Tokyo in August 2019.
6. Application for NEWVIEW
Artwork submitted to this contest is eligible for submission to the NEWVIEW AWARDS 2019, a global VR content award offering a prize of a total of $35,000 overseen by eminent judges worldwide. Remember to apply for the NEWVIEW AWARDS 2019.

7. Important notes when applying
7.1 Prohibited items
・Any kind of impersonation is prohibited.
・All submissions must be original and complete. In the event that third party materials are used in the submitted artwork, such as art, photos, and fonts, the copyright and image rights must have been previously acquired independently. In the event that it is deemed that materials used in the submitted artwork infringe upon third party rights, said artwork shall not be eligible for selection.
・ In addition, in the event that a third party claims for damage or payment due to infringement, the sponsor shall not be responsible for said claims.
・ Any behavior prohibited by the Law of Japan or International Law is prohibited. Behavior that physically or psychologically damages any third party or respective reputation, or actions that infringe upon third party rights are prohibited. In addition, all behavior that opposes public order and morals is prohibited.
7.2 Disclaimer
・ Submissions that do not conform to the terms and conditions stipulated for the application shall not be considered for screening.
・ In the event that no submission meets the appropriate standards, the awards may not be awarded.
・ Inquiries regarding screening circumstances or results shall not be accepted.
・ Delivery of the award may be delayed.
7.3 Handling of Personal Information
Personal information provided to the award shall be used exclusively for screening or contact for purposes related to the award. Personal information provided to the award shall not be disclosed or provided to any third party without the consent of the applicant excluding entrusted parties and for situations deemed necessary for operations.
