Biography

Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has a degree in ELECTRONIC ARTS from the UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE TRES DE FEBRERO (TRES DE FEBRERO UNIVERSITY - UNTREF). Electronic artist, researcher, teacher, composer. He studied the MASTER'S DEGREE IN TECHNOLOGY AND AESTHETICS OF ELECTRONIC ARTS (Untref). He has been working since 2000 on topics related to artistic creation with the use of technology. His interests are related to the creation of works that have autonomous behaviors linked to biological and organic themes. His electronic and hybrid installations and sculptures are characterized by generating particular sounds from these behaviors. He teaches at various chairs at UNTREF and at UMSA (both in Buenos Aires). His research in relation to art and technology are mentioned in publications or presentations at: Córdoba University (UNC), La Plata University (UNLP), Tres de Febrero University (Untref), National Technological University (UTN), Colombia University (UNAL), Santa María Federal University (UFSM), (Brazil), Barcelona University (UB). On 3 occasions (2008/2008/2010) he was a fellow in support programs for art with technology granted by the TELEFÓNICA DE ARGENTINA FOUNDATION. His works have been selected in local and international art and technology festivals, among others in: III PATAGONIAN BIENNIAL OF ELECTROACOUSTIC MUSIC AND SOUND ART / IN-SONORA IV / TRANSÓNICA / TSONAMI / ZÈPPELIN EXPANDIT. In 2016 he was a finalist for the MUNTREF UNTREF AWARD FOR ELECTRONIC ARTS. In 2020 he participated as a guest of the prestigious International ARS ELECTRONICA festival. For 4 years (2008/2011) he was the curator and coordinator of the assembly of the multimedia installations in the FUGA PRODUCCIONES project. He did an artistic residency in Chile (2011). He exhibited his projects in person and remotely in more than 30 public and private places in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Spain and Austria.
