何を：MOBILE WEARは移動をハックする超個人的交通機関。服の様に着用し、立ち姿勢（standing mode）および座り姿勢（sitting mode）で移動することができます。モビルウェアが移動に費やすエネルギーはとても小さく、クルマの約1/60です。
なぜ：現代の過剰な車社会は大きな便益をもたらす一方で、社会的費用を払わずに使用できるため、環境破壊や資源浪費、コミュニケーションの希薄化など様々な弊害を発生させています。
パーソナルモビリティはそれらの弊害を解決する方策のひとつ。都市部では交通空白領域（ラストワンマイル）の補完や混雑解消・環境保全の手段として、地方では衰退した公共交通の代替や交通弱者の移動手段としての活用が期待されます。
セグウェイや電動キックボードなど従来の小型パーソナルモビリティの多くは立ち乗りですが、レジャーやスポーツ用ではなく移動手段として使用するならばユーザの負担軽減が必要となります。
MOBILE WEAR はstanding modeで立ち乗り移動の軽快性を、sitting modeで座り姿勢移動の安楽性を提供します。
MOBILE WEARは導入費用も運用コストもクルマに比べればタダ同然です。
つまり限界費用がほぼゼロになるため、移動に関わる制約を受けていた様々な活動やサービスが新しい価値を持つことでしょう。例えば、 MOBILE WEARが移動をフリーにすることで道路を支配していたクルマが減少すれば、道路や駐車場は公園などのパブリックスペースへ転換されます。

What: MOBILE WEAR is extremely personal mobility that hacks mobility .It can be worn like clothes and can be moved in a standing posture (standing mode) and a sitting posture (sitting mode). The energy expended for MOBILE WEAR is very small (about 1/60th that of a car).
Why: While the modern excess motorized society brought great benefits, various harmful effects such as environmental destruction, resource waste, and decline of communication, because it can be used without paying social costs.
We focused on personal mobility as one of the measures to solve these harmful effects. In urban areas, it is expected to be used as a means of supplementing the traffic blank area (last mile), eliminating congestion, and preserving the environment, and in rural areas, it is expected to be used as a substitute for declining public transportation and as a means of transportation for people without transport access.
Most of the conventional small personal mobility such as Segway and electric kickboard are standing, but if they are used as a means of transportation rather than for leisure or sports, it is necessary to reduce the burden on the user.
MOBILE WEAR provides the lightness of standing movement in standing mode and the comfort of sitting posture movement in sitting mode.
Compared to cars, the installation and operation costs of MOBILE WEAR are free. In other words, since the marginal cost is almost zero, a variety of activities and services that have been constrained by mobility will take on new value. For example, if the number of cars that used to dominate the roads decreases as MOBILE WEAR makes mobility free, roads and parking lots will be converted into public spaces such as parks.

今回提案するMOBILE WEARは移動にかかわる限界費用をゼロに近づける可能性を持っています。インターネットが情報の世界で限界費用をゼロにすることで関連するサービスを爆発的に活性化したように、MOBILE WEARは人・モノの移動という物理的なサービスを桁違い活性化し、社会やくらしに革命的な変化をもたらすことが期待できます。
The MOBILE WEAR proposed this time has the potential to bring the marginal cost of mobility closer to zero.
