近未来の日本を舞台とした超能力犯罪者ｖｓ警察庁特殊犯罪化-S.T.A.C.所属、鼠志野　解によるバトルアクション
ムービー。逃走する犯人を追いつめた鼠志野、ペットの警察鼠、レッドと拘束にかかるも、犯人の実力は本物だった。
追いつめられた鼠志野の所へかけつけたのは、相棒の火野　渡であった。
