Sower

This work is an extension of my line of modular sculptures with moving elements. On one hand, it resembles a miller or a windmill that grinds grain or creates energy. On the other hand, the "sower" refers to a picture of Van Gogh, where a sower is depicted at work in a field. Finally, the sculpture refers to Jacques Derrida's philosophical work Dissemination, the main theme of which is the thesis about the impossibility for the text to have one single meaning, which leads to the dissemination of meanings and different interpretations.
