To apply for this project, registration for an AWRD account is required (please review AWRD's terms of service).

(2) Applicants must follow the application method specified in the project’s guidelines. The organizer may refuse to accept submissions that do not adhere to the prescribed application method.

(3) Applicants under the age of 20 must obtain consent from their guardian before applying. If an application is received from a person under 20, it will be deemed that the guardian's consent has been obtained.

2. About the Submitted Work

(4) The organizer may exclude the submitted work from publication if it is determined that the work infringes upon or poses a risk of infringing upon third party rights.

(5) If a third party makes claims against the project participants regarding rights infringement or similar issues related to the submitted work, the applicant will defend and indemnify the project participants at their own expense and responsibility.

(6) If the project participants incur any damages or costs due to claims of rights infringement or similar issues from third parties, the applicant agrees to fully compensate the project participants, regardless of the reason.

3. Rights to Submitted Works

(1) Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions or by separate agreement, entrants shall retain all rights, including intellectual property rights, in their submitted works and shall not be prevented from using their submitted works to the extent not in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

(2) The entrant grants permission to use the submitted work free of charge in the following cases

 (i) When the organizer uses it for the purposes of this project.

(ii) When the organizer uses it for advertising and promotional purposes.

(iii) When Loftwork Inc. uses it for advertising and promotional purposes.

4. Information on Business or Technical Matters

The applicant agrees not to use any business or technical information obtained from the project stakeholders through participation in this project for purposes other than the submission to the project, without the prior consent of the project stakeholders.
