Anyone who meets the following requirements is eligible to participate.

1. Being a resident of Japan.

2. Applying as an individual.

3. Being 20 years or older as of July 26, 2019.

Application regulations

1. This contest uses Award Platform AWRD (henceforth AWRD,) a competition platform

operated by Loftwork Inc. to solicit online applications. You need to register for an AWRD account to apply (free of charge.) Applicants are required to apply in accordance with this contest's submission and application method as specified in the application regulations.

2. Regarding intellectual property rights

Any newly created texts, sketches, diagrams, and other deliverables made for this contest (henceforth: deliverables) as well as any copyrights in related to the deliverables (including the rights and other rights under Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) intellectual property rights such as patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights, (this includes the rights for patents, utility models and design registrations, henceforth, collectively called "intellectual property rights") and any other rights will become property of the organiser. However, participants will be able to utilize deliverable free of charge within the scope of personal use.

Furthermore, participants acknowledge that , X the organizer, co-sponsors of this event, collaborators, guests (henceforth called "the organisers") can use all or part of the deliverables and intellectual property rights independently without being eligible for any monetary remuneration for use, and shall not charge any third party for their use and shall not exercise their moral rights as an author unless the organizer etc. has made alterations that damage the participant's standing or reputation.

3. About the publication of ideas

The organisers et. al. can publish deliverables and ideas on websites (including on social media) and on promotional materials such as pamphlets and brochures for advertising purposes. Participants shall not claim any remuneration for any publication, nor shall they make any claims from third parties.

4. Notes regarding prizes

・Shipping of prizes will be limited within Japan.

・If we can not deliver notification of a prize for reasons such as incompletely filled in contents and we can not in touch with you within seven days of sending the prize notification, we may annul the prize.

・With regard to plane tickets, please pay attention to the following.

a.) The itinerary period will be half a year from January 2020. Details will be communicated directly to the winner.

b.) Please note that there are periods during which it is not possible to make a reservation.

c.) They can only be used by the winner personally, and can not be sold or transferred.

d.) The winner will be personally responsible for any costs other than the plane tickets (such as seat selections and in-flight meals.)

e.) Any personal expenses such as travel costs from home to the airport and back, surcharges, accommodation costs, optional travel accident insurance fees, and ESTA application costs will be the responsibility of the winner.

5. Matters to take note of

5.1 Prohibited matters

・In the application of ideas, any fraudulent acts are prohibited.

・When making use of materials by third parties (photographs, illustrations, etc.) in your idea, please verify the terms and conditions of the licenses regarding ownership, intellectual property rights, portrait rights, publicity rights, etc., and use them as permitted, bearing any responsibility and costs yourself.

・Furthermore, the organizer will not take any responsibility should any third party even if a third party makes any claims toward the applicant or the organizer for any infringement or damages, etc.

・Any act that violates Japanese national law and international law is prohibited. Causing any physical and psychological damage to a third party, defaming a third party, and infringing upon any rights of third parties is prohibited. Furthermore, any violation of public order and morality is prohibited.

5.2 Disclaimer

・With regard to application method specified in the application regulations, any ideas that are not in accordance with the specifications are excluded from judging.

・We can not respond to any inquiries about the judging status of applicants and the results.

6. Regarding the handling of personal information

・The names of applicants who become winners, proposed titles, contents and images (idea sheets) will be published on websites, etc.

・Personal information provided for this contest will only be used for the purposes of judging and contest management. In principle, any personal information will not be provided or disclosed to any third parties without having obtained the consent of the person involved, except under the provision of laws and regulations.
