The Sustainability Lens Game - developed by Dr. Tamara Stenn, a US economist, and social entrepreneur - is built on years of sustainable development, leadership, and US Fulbright research into Andean producers' well-being. It helps build Sustainable Development Goals into everyday operations while growing the Circular Economy in new and creative ways. The Sustainability Lens is a compilation of mindsets and approaches which disrupt the linear economy offering many options for building more innovation, fun, and resilience within any organization. It is flexible, scalable, and can be applied anywhere from local start-ups to regional development. The Sustainability Lens was first introduced in the book, Social Entrepreneurship as Sustainable Development, Introducing the Sustainability Lens (Stenn, 2017). It is based on the following four concepts: Suma Qamana, Circles of Sustainability, Permaculture, Solidarity Economy. Using the Lens, a new way of imagining our interactions with society, education, economy, supply chain management, and manufacturing emerge. As a result, stakeholders become allies, and collaborative relationships are built.
