建築主AGC社、プロセスエンジのテクニップ社、そしてヨーロッパ竹中による学際的なチームワークによって実現した。
敷地はバルセロナの北東、マルグラッド・デ・マル、地中海に面しビーチで有名な街に位置し周囲には農業用地、美しいキャンプ場などに隣接。夏は観光客や地元の人々で賑わう地域である。既存施設は化学的な物質を扱う工場群ながら緑や施設を丁寧に保持され環境に調和し生産活動をされていた。新プラントはその大部分が生産施設であり、小さなオフィスが各階に点在する機能的な建物であり、我々は「ブリーズソレイユ・バイオフィリア」という周辺環境に調和し、かつスタッフのための快適空間を提供するシェルターかつスキンのコンセプトを導入ました。
大部分のファサードはバイオフィリック・コンセプトで構成され、「ブリーズソレイユ」（日除け）として機能しながらも眺望を確保し、緑の光あふれる明るい室内空間を生み出す。雨水利用の潅水で重力利用の高効率システムを製作。当該地域の生態系を向上も意識した植栽を徹底調査し、１６種類の植栽を導入する。
また同じAGCグループの太陽光パネルを設置、恵まれた立地での太陽光を、潅水や工場内で利用し循環を生み出す。
The site is located in Margrad de Mar, northeast of Barcelona, on the Mediterranean Sea, in a town famous for its beaches, surrounded by agricultural land and beautiful campgrounds. Continuing the environmental consciousness of the existing facility, the new plant is a functional building with a large production facility and small offices located on each floor, and we introduced the concept of Brise-Soleil “Biophilia," a shelter and skin that blends in with the surrounding environment and provides a comfortable space for the staff.
The majority of the façade is composed of the biophilic concept, which functions as a "Sunlight Breaker" while still providing a nice view and creating bright interior spaces full of green atmosphere. A highly efficient system of gravity irrigation using also rainwater was created. Thorough research was conducted on plantings to improve the ecosystem of the area, and 16 different types of plantings will be introduced.
In addition, PV panels from the AGC Group will be installed to utilize the sunlight in this blessed location for irrigation and inside the plant to create a cycle. -

Brise-Soleil ”Biophilia”
地中海に面するビーチ沿いの製薬工場の計画である。気候風土に調和し、かつ周辺環境への調和も考慮した、壁面緑化を超える新たな立体的緑化システムである。日除け・眺望確保・室内環境向上・周辺環境向上・エネルギー循環と様々な機能を持ち、建築主のサスティナブルへの想いを実現するファサードである。

It is a new three-dimensional greening system that goes beyond wall greening, harmonizing with the climate and the surrounding environment.
