Rosy Land and the Golden City

I have saw so many golden cities during my travels through the world, and one of them in the north, I have to say, was really splendid.
Nevertheless, the one which appears in my dream frequently, was the dilapidated city located in the Rosy Land.
The goldfoil was severely damaged though, the red wall dyed by countless roses was still fresh, vivid, and coquettish.
Considering we didn't saw that much roses on the Rosy Land, I guess it might be related with this strange city...
