Our insights from the field research and the expert calls pointed to the fact that majority of the people do not have an idea about how much water used in the production process; thus they do not take an action to buy responsibly produced clothes.
Secondly, people do not aware of the fact that producing dark colours consume more water. Lastly, what people were mostly doing with their old clothes was to put them in recycling boxes.
Our insights led us to design a first hand experience that would directly get people's attention to the consumption of water in the textile production process.
