I'd like to share with you a glimpse of Chinese food that uses seasonal ingredients to give us a taste of all four seasons.
Not just healthy, but wholesome. I want to aim for more than just 'healthy'. Strong flavors that aren't heavy on the stomach. That's the kind of Chinese food I'd like to share with the world.
Menu presented to the judges: Mixed Steamed Meat Dumplings, Century Egg and Tofu, Sweetfish Spring Rolls and Apricot Liqueur Fruit Salad.

Thank you for this scrumptious entry! It's obvious that you put great care into everything you make ― you can really sense the love you have for your food. The subtle seasoning is certainly to my liking. Please continue making more. I'm looking forward to where you go next!

As I ate it I silently wished there existed a restaurant that served this kind of Chinese food. Each and every dish and its ingredients have been chosen and put together in a clever and original way. I like how healthy the dishes are. Many of my favorite restaurants are run by arts graduates, and you said you attended a college of the arts as well. I think you're all fantastic at the visual aspect of food.

Your arts education must have helped you create this dish that looks beautiful and ties in well with its flavors. The flavors are all good. It's nice to see you've incorporated seasonal flavors. Having seasonal produce in a catering menu really livens up the conversation in a room. Using seasonal ingredients also simplifies things for you on the catering side. Another thing to think about is the importance of the amount of food when catering. You don't need as much as you think. You also have to think about displays and fittings and the current trends, so for research purposes I recommend you sneak a peek at as many parties as you can.

I want to eat doughnuts without additives as much as I can! I suddenly had the idea one day, and now I love these doughnuts. Many of our customers have allergies or prefer vegan options, and we have expanded our line of egg- and dairy-free doughnuts in the hopes that more people will enjoy them.
Currently, we have a donut sales day one day a month (the 8th of each month) to sell donuts in person. Because they are made with safe ingredients, including delicious oil, they are highly recommended and are popular with repeat customers.
Menu at the time of judging: Maple Old Fashioned, Double Cored Donut, French Cruller, Whole Grain Old Fashioned, Rum Cored Donut

I have recently been restricting my diet and cutting back on wheat and white sugar, so I personally appreciate your consideration of my body. It is an important viewpoint to have one that considers future dietary needs, such as those with allergies and children. I am glad that you have properly considered the ingredients you use and the people who eat them.

When I imagine the ingredients used, I am not comfortable eating foods that contain a lot of sugar or are too sweet. So I don't usually eat doughnuts, but when I see something like this that takes care of my body, I want to buy it. I am also interested in the fact that they usually make lunch boxes for people with allergies. I love food that is good for you, so I hope you will continue to do so.

Each of the five doughnuts this time around has its own unique flavor, and even though the ingredients are vegan and limited, it is amazing that they overcame these restrictions to make a variety of flavors of doughnuts. The doughnuts are also surprisingly light, and I didn't feel too sick to my stomach after eating them. The theme of your shop is "lifestyle and food," and you usually deal with vegan food. Making sweets for people who can't eat is a way of eliminating food barriers. It is very important and the awareness is amazing. I sincerely thought it was a good job.
