Shirokane Go-chome Award entry agreement
Entrants must read this agreement carefully before applying for the Shirokane Go-chome Award (hereinafter “this award”), organized by OUR FAVORITE SHOP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter organizer). Applicants are deemed to have agreed to the terms of this agreement by submitting their works to this project.
1.How to apply
This award is solicited online using the award platform, AWRD (hereinafter AWRD), which is operated by Loftwork Co., Ltd. To apply, you need to create an account on AWRD (free). Applicants must apply with an appropriate submission through the correct method specified by the application requirements of this award.
2.Regarding copyright
The copyright of the submitted work is attributed to the entrant. However, applicants shall acknowledge that the organizer or Loftwork Co., Ltd. will make copies of, process, and publish the submitted works for the purpose of publicizing this award without obtaining permission from the applicant.
3.Points for consideration
3-1 Prohibited matter
- We prohibit any false personation while entering.
- Entries must be created and completed individually. If you are using a third party’s material (art, photograph, font, etc.) in your work, you must have obtained permission for all copyright and portrait rights from the original author. If you use material that violates the rights of a third party, your work will be excluded from the selection for evaluation upon discovery. In addition, even if a third party claims alleged infringement of rights or damages by the applicants or the organizer, the organizer and Loftwork Co., Ltd. shall not take any responsibility.
- We prohibit any act that violates Japan’s domestic law as well as international law. Acts that inflict physical or mental damage to a third party, or acts that harm the honor of a third party, or acts that infringe any rights of a third party are strictly prohibited. In addition, we will prohibit any action that goes against public order or morals.
3-2 Disclaimer
- Entries are excluded from evaluation if they do not conform to the application method and specifications stipulated in the application guidelines.
- If there is no entrant who is judged to deserve a prize, there may be no winner.
- We are unable to respond to any inquiries from the entrants regarding the evaluation status and results.
- Every effort is made to handle entries, but the organizer will not assume responsibility if an accident, such as loss or damage of the work during transportation, has occurred.
４ About handling personal information
Entrants permit their personal information (personal information entered in the application form for their corresponding award) to be shared by the award organizer and the platform operating company, Loftwork Co., Ltd.
