The current situation under the pandemic has led us to seek and appropriate new opportunities for distance learning. Within this it should be taken into account that this change of dynamics and methodologies give way to different actions and behaviors in people. The initial concept of our project is based on the virtual classes and the activities that revolve around them. Taking into account the above, we have initially wanted to delve into the behavior and response of teachers and students to this methodology, which is new to many of them.
Being an unknown field, different studies and research have verified that there are affects at the emotional and behavioral level in the development of virtual classes. Professor Federico Borges, of Humanities and Philology Studies at the Open University of Catalonia, conducted an analysis on the dynamics of virtual classes in 2005, which yielded results that are directly related to the current situation, where it raises the situation faced by teachers, students and institutions when confronted with this methodology. These results take into account the frustrations of both teachers and students when taking their classes in this way.
This study takes into account the actions and aspects that must exist from each of the users, taking into account that the responsibilities do not fall directly on the teacher, but are shared. Regarding the student, the student must take into account what factors influence their own behavior. , within them lies the time of dedication, expectations and collaboration with regard to the process. While the teacher must have in mind his own formation and training, the response he gives to his students and their presence in the classroom, in the same way the clarity of their indications, their closeness, interaction and collaboration with the student inside the classes. Finally, the institutions also represent a support to this process, where their responsibilities are translated into the training of the online teacher, the organization of courses, technical assistance, support and guidance to the student, the creation of expectations and their fulfilment, etc.
Taking into account the above requirements and approaches, its importance within industrial design and its practical subjects has been recognized, as are industrial design processes, which cover topics such as the use of machines, knowledge of materials, production processes and cost management when performing some productive industrial process. According to this it is important to define that the practical processes are necessary within these subjects for the development of skills and abilities of the student with respect to these topics.
A differentiation has been generated between the requirements with which a process of virtual learning must be carried out, with the process that is currently carried out within these practical subjects. Within this it has been evident the negative impact to the learning process in which their students are and where the classes do not have the necessary aspects to get along properly. One of the weaknesses that are recognized within the University of Bogotá, Jorge Tadeo Lozano , which was our research center, is the low level of attention and participation of students within these classes, what is owed according to their students to low interactive or practical resources that allow a positive relationship with the teacher and the subjects of the class.
By needing the industrial design process classes, objects, materials and machines of physical form, to be able to deepen in their topics, it is evident that the interest of the students was reduced, because they do not find the matter or the methods by which it is being developed attractive.
In addition to this, the teachers of these subjects manifest this reduction in the participation of their students, thus placing their classes as a deception, in which they cannot be sure that their students are actually learning or understanding the messages they seek to convey.
Within the career of industrial design is recognized as an important aspect of know-how, which is reinforced and developed, especially in person, where the student can have direct contact with processes and materials, carrying out real constructions and developments. Therefore this knowledge is hindered by the lack of presence, which becomes a barrier to carry out the same explanations or practices that were developed within the production workshop, machines and materials.
Under these aspects The Good Class has proposed to recognize what type of support can be provided for the development of these subjects and topics, therefore the haptic and systems without physical contact, are two concepts that direct the objectives of the project, as it seeks to innovate in a disruptive way in teaching processes, impacting positively and reducing the impact of virtuality on these disciplines by simulating sensations that allow the learning process to continue despite current limitations.
As we have said, the pandemic has modified our dynamics, but it has also opened new doors to new ways of life, within them we believe that our proposal will generate support not only in a non-personality space, if not also in physical spaces, where it will continue to be a form of support or preparation for such activities.
Taking into account the development and research of this project, La Good Class has generated Turn On The Machine, a digital system that seeks to support these learning processes through technological tools that achieve an approach and preparation to these practical activities, especially the use of machinery.
With the above it is hoped to motivate and provide alternatives to both teachers and students to continue with the development and reinforcement of the know-how within the career of industrial design and provide a form of preparation to students who are in this process or wish to return to certain topics and knowledge. -

Team Members
Within the group we have generated a complement between each of our abilities and abilities, which has allowed us to consolidate our ideas and approaches from the beginning.
From a communicative aspect, Catalina Franco has been in charge of generating visual proposals, which have facilitated the exhibition of the project and greater understanding of what is intended to transmit and convey. Under the construction of presentations, images, etc., we have managed to address more clearly the objectives of the project, in addition to recognizing key points and obstacles in the process.
Regarding research processes Laura Cubillos has managed to integrate the different referents and devices currently available in the market, thus giving the possibility of increasing knowledge and resources within the group. His work has benefited the construction and planning processes of the project, from the definition of objectives and users.
In the tasks of the programmer, the two participants have played in the use of digital tools for the construction of the proposal, interfaces, models and simulations. -

TURN ON THE MACHINE
Before the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic started around the world, the dynamics, process and environment of the industrial design students were already defined,Not only the process but their knowledge as well involve the use of the industrial machines and materials. Therefore the importance of on-site class in order to develop their knowledge.
In those places they had the opportunity to learn the purpose, function and security regulations, etc.Nonetheless when the virtual classroom begun, the dynamics and process of the industrial design students unfortunately passed to a second tier.Consequently of this situation,it makes the students look for new ways to learn and acquire knowledge in a dynamic and deeper way.
