Monochrome Cube
The Monochrome cube’s property of identification is devoid of colour; using texture to determine the similarity of faces. It features 6 different types of textures on 54 individually textured surfaces applied onto a solvable Rubik’s cube.
I wanted to expand the field of feedback controls in systems, especially in rethink the era of flat touch screens. I wanted to create an experience that shy's away from homogeneity of smooth textures and instead approach the world in the lush developable textures.
