ノラ猫は、飼猫の遺棄や逃亡により増え続け、フン尿、鳴声等により住環境を悪化させます。ごみ箱や庭を荒らすので、「捕まえろ」「エサをやるな」など住民間のトラブルにもなります。この課題の解決方法が地域猫活動のプロジェクトです。
この活動は地域住民の理解と行政・企業との連携によって成立し、身近な課題解決能力の基盤となり得るのです。
地球環境問題でもある都市鉱山メダルのプロジェクトは、使用済み電子機器から金銀銅を取り出し、人々の応援が詰まったメダルは市民参加の証として選手に贈呈されました。バイオマス施設のプロジェクトの要は、家庭や産業からでる生ごみを資源とし、リサイクルすることにあります。
いずれも、一人の人が多くの人とコミュニティを形成し、地域が抱える大小の課題を解決する物語です。The triple bottom line（Planet・People・Profit）のPeople、地域の力の構築事例が地域猫活動です。

Regional Cat Movement

Unowned cats (stray cats) are increasing due to being abandoned and escaping. Their excrement and noises are a nuisance. They get at trash cans and gardens, causing problems for residents, who said "catch it!" and "don't feed it!" The solution to this problem is the project “Regional Cat Movement”. This activity can be established with the understanding of local residents and the cooperation of local governments and businesses, and also can be the basis ability for regional improvement.
The Urban-mining Medal Project, which also proposes solutions to global environmental problems, extracts gold, silver, and copper from used electronic devices. A recycled medal was presented to the Olympic athletes as a proof of citizen participation.
The Biomass Facility Project is using and recycled food waste from homes and industries as a resource. Both projects are started by one person, who forms a community with many people, and they solve the big and small problems faced by the regional community. It was same as the Regional cat movement. These activities show people. Mr. SDGs Kuno-san is doing a “Triple bottom line” (planet / people/ profit). “Regional cat movement” is an example of building regional power, that is the core of a circular economy.

この地域力が核となり、SDGsやサーキュラーエコノミーを推進していきます。
