EASY BROODER

The EASY BROODER is designed to make it easier for poor people to raise chickens. The brooding equipment is equipped with PCM packed in the bottom layer of the hot water bag, so we only need hot water to keep the temperature of the brooding box at 37 ℃ for breeding. Under the physical expansion of the product, it can be used up to six weeks from the hatching period until the chicks grow up, it also effectively reduce the population of chickens from premature death. When raising baby chicks, it is possible to use discarded PET bottles and combine them with the internal mechanism of the product, to make automatic food and water feeder, which makes raising baby chicks more convenient for users. The air-permeable shading cloth on the top has both functions of heat preservation and shading and prevents the intrusion of other animals, which increases the probability of raising chickens successfully.

Paraffin wax phase change material (PCM) is a latent heat storage material. When the material changes from solid to liquid or from liquid to solid, heat transfer occurs. This is called phase change or state change. Paraffin wax has good heat storage capacity, cheap and non-corrosive, compatible with most materials, when we separate it into a thermal insulation layer, paraffin wax will change from solid to liquid after heating in water, while absorbing thermal energy to keep the surface around 37℃~39℃. After the hot water gradually cools, the liquid paraffin wax will start to turn back to the solid paraffin wax, and at the same time release the heat energy to keep the temperature of the surface at 37 ℃ ~ 39 ℃, through this principle we can effectively increase the timeliness of insulation.
