While people are increasingly dependent on the Internet for work,
they are also increasingly prone to neglect their self-perception.
Is it the Internet that has become the tool, or is it we who use it
that have become the tool?
To identify a user's working condition, or whether the user is a "competent" user, "tracking" watches the user's fingers and examines how the user touches it. It evaluates from the perspective of the computer. When the user touches and moves the "Tracking", the light strip works simultaneously by sensing and analysing the changes in touch, respectively, to monitor the user's status in real time.
Additionally, the surface of the panel is deformed by the introduction of gas into and out of the cavity via a pneumatic device, serving as a subtly physical reminder to reduce the allocation of energy to cognitive and affective processes related to its task, providing feedback on pressure, and directing the user to stop when labelled as "not in good condition."
"PATH" aims to redefine the operation behavior in the Internet as the medium of communication between users and the Internet. I attempt to redefine the essence of our job by evaluating the tactile behaviour of computer users and visualising specific visual and tactile aspects to assess the individual's'state' of work, examining efficiency, value, and identity at work.
