Detailed explanation of the submitted project or idea (in English or both English and your language)
Almost every person on the planet consumes COVID-19 virus masks. Those masks are throwaway products that are supposed to be thrown away after every use. Those disposable masks can be recycled and purified by rinsing them with warm water and soap. After this short yet proven cleansing process, those "useless" masks become raw material for stuffing. There are basically endless possibilities for doing so. You can start with a therapy squeeze ball, pillows, a pet stuffed mattress, coats, and many more. All that needs to be done is to save the used masks and decide what to do with them.

How does your work address the 3 P’s (for Planet, for People, for Profit) for Sustainability?
The operation starts with the understanding that the "COVID-19" virus along with the chaos that it brought also created pollution with the used masks and we have to act accordingly, save those used masks in order to make our world a little cleaner. This decision can be on a government level, business level, or even an individual level. Dedicated trash cans need to be located in crowded areas across towns, in every business, and in private homes. After the collecting stage comes the purifying stage. For individuals, those masks can be purified in a washing machine and in businesses with bigger ones. Then they can be shredded or squeezed for stuffing the wanted product in a lot of categories such as fashion, textile, medicine, and so on.
The main challenge was to find the right solution and purpose for the new "Covid 19" virus epidemic by-product in order to reduce pollution and make our world a better and cleaner place. One more, and still the challenge is approaching the authorities to come along and start the required changes. -

Special Prize Question 1: Is there a mechanism in place to inherit culture and industry as assets for people living in that area 100 or even 1000 years from now?
In my opinion, it is possible to produce such a wide variety of materials. Simply use the existing one and produce a new one, a cycle-short.
-
Special Prize Question 2: What is the positive impact on biodiversity? Is the project creating a cycle not just from a human-centered perspective but for the entire ecosystem?
The positive impact is that the project is cheap, simple, and one percent recycling.
There are basically unlimited possibilities on how to use it and what to fill with it so the dimensions can be varied. -
Special Prize Question 3: Are you enabling new forms of collaboration with others? New forms of collaboration might include cross-industry cooperation, co-creation with consumers, or role transformations within the supply chain.
Yes, I would be very happy to collaborate or produce a wide variety of products with others.
I am always open to new forms of collaboration with others.

Masks Stuffing - Recycled Materials Filling
While living with the COVID-19 virus for quite some time, used masks are not hard to find tossed everywhere increasing the pollution. Following the studio's self-developed method called "The Math of Design - Thinking Inside the Box", Ilana Seleznev came up with an idea to find an appropriate use for those masks and help keep our planet clean.
Those disposable masks can be recycled by rinsing them with warm water and soap. After this short yet proven cleansing process, those "useless" masks become raw material for stuffing. There are basically endless possibilities for doing so. You can start with a therapy squeeze ball, pillows, a pet stuffed mattress, coats, and many more.
