"Platinum Gochome Award" Application Agreement

Before applying for the award "Platinum Gochome Award" (hereafter, this award) organized by OUR FAVOURITE SHOP, applicants should read this agreement carefully. By submitting their piece for this project, applicants will be taken to have agreed with the contents of this agreement.

1. Application method

This award uses the award platform "AWRD" (hereafter, AWRD) system operated by Loftwork Inc. to accept pieces online. An AWRD account is needed to make the application (free to create). Applicants should apply in accordance with pieces that follow the application guidelines and application method of this award.

2. Regarding copyright

The copyright of the work submitted will be returned to the applicant. However, applicants will be deemed to have agreed that the organizers or Loftwork Inc. can duplicate, edit and publicize their submissions for the sake of publicity for this award.

3. Points to note

3-1 Prohibited items

- Acts of misrepresentation of any kind regarding submission of pieces is prohibited.

- Only individually created and completed pieces will be accepted for submission. If the piece submitted makes use a third party's materials (art, photographs, fonts, etc.), the applicant must personally gain the creator's acknowledgment regarding copyright the right to use their materials. If materials are discovered to have been used in a way that violates the third party's rights, the piece will be disqualified. Also, in the event that the third party demands compensation for violation of rights or damages from the applicant or the organizer, neither the organizer nor Loftwork Inc. will take any responsibility for it.

- All acts that go against Japan's national and international laws are prohibited. Acts that cause physical or psychological harm to a third party, acts that ruin a third party's reputation, and acts that violate a third party's rights of any nature are prohibited. Also, acts that violate public order and morals are prohibited.

3-2 Disclaimers

- Pieces that are not in accordance with the application method or specifications described in the application guidelines will be disqualified.

- If none of the submissions are deemed worthy of the award upon judgment, it is possible for there to be no winner.

- Inquiries from applicants regarding the status of judgment or results will not be entertained.

- Measures will be taken for the handling of the submissions, but the organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.

4 Regarding the handling of personal information

Applicants will be deemed to have agreed to sharing their personal information (personal information entered into the application form for the award) with the organizer of the award as well as Loftwork Inc., the company operating the platform.
