Challenge: How might we promote inclusivity and diversity through education?
Kitchen for All is a school programme with the aim to promote inclusivity and diversity through culinary education. Culinary traditions are very diverse and can act as a helpful platform to explore cultural differences. Children, especially immigrants, ‘second-generation’ children or returnees, can share their culture through food.
